The Dreys
June 2018 and I got my first opportunity to shoot a wedding at the Dreys, an incredibly awesome venue set in the woods near Sittingbourne. I had a great time shooting Nat and Cooky's wedding/ When you drive there you start to have doubts that you could even be driving to a venue as it's so hidden away! Once you get there you're treated to such a cool experience. Wooden shacks, camping tents, tall trees and a wooden hut for the couple to spend the night in.
The wedding I shot had both a civil ceremony and a humanist ceremony in the woods: an incredibly personal service in front of around 40 friends and family, the latter taking place in the woods. Seriously beautiful.
From a photographers perspective the Dreys is just such a cool place to shoot.
I genuinely had an awesome time shooting there and cannot wait to shoot there again!
