Why indeed should you book me!?! I’ll hit you with a list. And these are in no particular order

• I’m full time. This is my living. This is what I do. I gave up being a terrible IT guy in 2016 to go full time and I haven’t looked back.

• I love photography. Like really really love photography. Cameras, lenses, the light, travel photography, street photography, I love documenting life with a camera. Now this may seem obvious BUT I’m not lying when I say that not every wedding photographer actually loves photography! I find it weird, but they’re out there!!

• I commit to my style of shooting. I believe that your wedding is your wedding. The photographer should be there to document the day, not build a portfolio for their Instagram! Yes I love getting a cool photo of you, but I keep the posing to only whats necessary. Check my Instagram. Family photos? Yeah, a few, mum, dad, nan, grandad, brothers & sisters. But no more than 10 minutes max. And the couple photos I aim to get done quick. I want them to be cool but I don’t want you to feel as tho you’ve had to abandon your wedding. And if there’s a sunset and you want to get a cool shot, I’m up for that.

• My portfolio is all real. What do I mean? Well, a lot of photographers are filling their portfolios with styled shoots that involve models pretending to be a real couple in some glamorous location.

• I take the day seriously but I am about as chill as possible when it comes to shooting the day. Half of the job of being a wedding photographer is getting a bunch of people you’ve never met to think you’re just a decent guy that loves films and music who just happens to be your wedding photographer! But when it comes to group shots, confetti, cake cutting etc, I am always happy to take control and herd the sheep around!

• I work hard on your day. To document the story of your day you have to get in there! I challenge myself to get photos of the people that matter. Your nan, your grandad. And not just in group shots, I want to get them chatting, laughing. These photos are for as important as the couple photos. My grandad meant the world to me, and I take that with me in to the wedding. I believe those relatives and friends are just as important as any photo moment.
