KENT, UK & DESTINATION WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER.

In love with the art, in love with the beauty, in love with the gritty, in love with the wonderful magnificent awesomeness of photography. Literally a life obsession. Started shooting in 2004, first wedding in 2006, and it just snowballed from there to the point where I could leave my full time and immensely dull job and take photos for a living. It's been 5 years since then and I haven't looked back.

To say that I am a full time photographer is something I'm incredibly proud of, and I make sure that every wedding I shoot is shot with the same passion I have always had for photography. Every photo is though about. I take immense pride in what I do and delivering a set of images from a day that you love is my goal every day I shoot!

I've lost count of the weddings I've shot, and the list of venues is endless. Kent, Sussex, London, South West (Devon, Cornwall), the Midlands, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex..... Italy (Lake Como, Tuscany!) oh, and Hong Kong

THE WEDDING PORTFOLIO

I've shot at venues I've never shot at and venues I've shot at lots. To be honest it almost doesn't matter to me. Because I believe a wedding really is all about the people (Ok, Lake Como was a pretty cool backdrop!). That may sound cheesy, but it's true. Because in 10, 20 years you'll want to look back at photos that yes do remind you of the venue, but more importantly the people who were there. And when I say that, I don't mean them all lined up forcing a grin. I mean those nans and grandads having fun, or in deep conversation and just being there on a day that is pretty epic!

2018 promises more awesomeness (I hope!). I'll be bringing all my previous 10 years experience forward, which will be added to my never ending determination to come up with something new and creative. So don't be surprised if I stick a Polaroid or random old film camera in your face!

Why Should I

... be your wedding photographer?

Why Should I

... be your wedding photographer?

Because I love photography. I mean, I REALLY love photography. The feeling you get when you nail a shot is genuinely awesome.

What else? Ummm, I think I'm a pretty decent guy, I'm not too shabby at what I do and I'll document your day without asking much of you.

On the day I will just be a normal person. I'll drink your coffee, I'll eat your pastries and I'll sort your music out for you!

... will you travel Gav?

I'll travel pretty much anywhere for a wedding! Either in the UK or abroad. This year I have weddings in Hong Kong and Italy. One of the best things about being a photographer is that you get to go to different places almost every time. And I love the adventure of a destination wedding

Engagement shoot? Family? Yeah, I do those too!

We meet at a good location outdoors, and we take a walk while we chat and I shoot.

It really is the best way to get cool pics of you and your favourite people.
